In this video I show you how to make Batata Harra which is a Lebanese spicy potato dish. Batata Harra is a popular Middle Eastern dish often served as part of a mezze platter.
Ingredients:
1.2kg Red Potatoes – Cubed
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Oil For Frying
4 Garlic Cloves – Finely Chopped
1 Tsp Tomato Puree
½ Red Chilli Pepper
1 Tsp Cayenne Powder
Juice Of Half A Lemon
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Salt – Adjust To Taste
1 Bowl Freshly Chopped Coriander
