We took our Open Fire cookware to Puumala, Finland to cook up some classic Finnish dishes, drink vodka, warm up in the sauna and plunge into the icy lake.
In this episode we cooked up a rieska-style bread topped with smoked salmon for breakfast, then went on to make a delicious borscht for lunch. The wind was howling the whole time but the beautiful wooden hut kept us warm.
