This session is a gentle yet deeply effective practice focused on hip opening, spinal mobility, breath connection, and grounding awareness.
We move slowly through fluid stretches, supportive twists, strengthening drills, and mindful spinal movements to help you:

✨ Improve spinal flexibility and posture
✨ Strengthen core and upper-body support
✨ Balance the nervous system through breathwork
✨ End with grounding Anulom Vilom and a calm, quiet meditation
This flow is beginner-friendly, steady, and accessible — created to help your body feel light, open, and comfortable, while your mind settles into ease.
