This session walks through a structured approach to ideation, combining divergent and convergent thinking techniques to generate, refine, and select high-potential concepts. We’ll explore how to identify problems worth solving, avoid common idea traps, and evaluate ideas based on impact, feasibility, and storytelling potential, all within the context of an XR hackathon. Participants will leave with practical tools and a repeatable process to develop compelling hackathon ideas under time pressure.
