Описание: Chatting about my experience at the iconic Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon race. I took part in June 2022, and I'm giving an overview of how I entered, and how the whole experience was for me.

Just to quickly flag if you don't already know about my story, I went off the boat after the pros because I have epilepsy and the race organisers wanted to make sure I was safe. They were incredible!
