How to Change the Language in the EA APP without Reinstalling

If you can't find your game in the "EA Games" folder, simply navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE → SOFTWARE and then press Ctrl + F and search for your game. You may need to repair your game after changing the language.
As others have kindly pointed out: "The Sims 4" may be located in the "Maxis" folder and Apex Legends may be found in the "Respawn" folder.
When you change the language on "The Sims" using this method, it may create a new "The Sims" folder. In order to keep your save games, you have to copy the save files from your original folder into the new one.
Language Codes:
en_US = US English
de_DE = German
ru_RU = Russian
cs_CZ = Czech
da_DK = Danish
es_ES = Spanish (Spain)
fi_FI = Finnish
fr_FR = French (France)
it_IT = Italian
ar_SA = Arabic
tr_TR = Turkish
ja_JP = Japanese
ko_KR = Korean
nl_NL = Dutch
no_NO = Norwegian
pl_PL = Polish
pt_BR = Portuguese (Brazil)
