22 minutes of warm, ambient synthesizer for your morning.

Описание: happy monday to you! this week officially marks one year from my first video, and i've been reflecting a bit. a year ago i started making this videos to explore the sonics of this new style of music i was making. there was a vision to try preforming instrumental ambient live, and a good first step felt like doing a video that showcases what this style looked like. after the first, i wanted to try a second, then a third. having so much fun making these videos, i decided i wanted to try continuing making them, at least once a week. i've tried a few different styles and lengths, but hitting at least 20 minutes feels like a really good spot for making music that can exist with a listener for a while.

over the last year i've felt a number of positive changes. first of all, my connection to a more meditative state-of-mind is stronger. i'm not exceptionally new-agey, but i strongly believe in the restorative properties of meditation, and feel how making this music has helped me in that way. secondly, i've now played two gigs, in person with this music. both were very warmly received, and i'm looking forward to many more :)

lastly! i've gotten to meet so many incredible, like-minded creative people through this. many fellow musicians, yoga instructors, artists, and kindred-spirts. you are truly my people, and i feel more like myself having you folks in my life. thank you. for those who have supported from early on, i offer a huge thank you to you for continuing to encourage my creative. for others who have started listening more recently, i deeply appreciate your support. and to all of you, i have much more planned over the next year. plans for videos, and different ideas in edition to these weekly videos. thank you for your support, and much love!
