Welcome back to the final part of the Yes Extravaganza

In this last video of our intuitive painting journey, we complete the process by painting the word YES onto the canvas and bringing our intentions fully into form.
This layer is about embodiment — taking everything you’ve reflected on, felt into, and played with in the earlier layers, and now anchoring it into the painting with a clear, joyful declaration.
In this video I show you how to:

Write and stylise the word YES in your painting.
Add an extra intention (like “I say yes to fun”).
Use a simple glazing technique to make your letters pop.
Work with negative space and colour to bring your words forward.
Play, experiment, and trust your intuition without perfection.

We talk about the importance of fun, joy, and play — especially as we get older — and how vital it is for our wellbeing, creativity, and nervous system. Painting in this way helps build new neural pathways, supports neuroplasticity, and creates space for reflection, insight, and fresh energy.
This practice doesn’t need to be big or complicated. You can do this on a small piece of paper, a reused canvas, or anything you have on hand. It’s not about the final result — it’s about shifting your energy, opening your imagination, and giving yourself permission to say YES to what you want to create in your life.
