💥Hip Adductor Strengthening💥
🎯 The hip adductors are the “inner thigh” muscles, which stabilize the hip joint and also the inner (medial) part of the knee, and pull the leg/hip inward (medially)
💪🏼 Keeping these muscles strong can not only help with function and performance, but also reduce the risk/likelihood of suffering a groin pull or strain
🚨 In addition, if you have suffered an adductor or groin strain, strengthening the area is essential in order to make a full recovery
