Celebrating 76th Constitution Day (#SamvidhanDiwas), the Department of Justice successfully organized a National Webinar on "Challenges of Upholding Constitutional Principles" on November 26th, 2025. The session focused on holding on to the Constitutional Principles amidst challenges of data privacy, technological advancement etc. The session also focused on issues of cooperative federalism and ensuring social Justice as part of commitment of the Welfare State.
