Picking a spot between Hemenway Fishin Pier and Lake Mead Marina. The goal, catch some striped bass, clean them and cook them. Join me on this trip as I share some hints and tips.

For the batter, combine:
1/2 cup Self-raising flour
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Water
1 Tbsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
