1982 Toyota Starlet KP61 S Late ModelFully Certified 4A-GE 16-Valve Conversion (E-KP61 Modified)Inspection valid until January 2027, mileage 72,733 km (at time of filming), 17-year ownership, built over 7 years, fully certified with structural modification approval and Land Transport Bureau inspection.


1982, a time when lightweight FR sports cars were at their purest, when the philosophy of condensing pure driving joy into a compact body was simply the norm.
This example was completed over seven dedicated years within a remarkable 17-year ownership.


The engine is a 4A-GE 16-valve, built using an AW11 automatic-spec bottom end, fully overhauled and driven only approximately 500 km since completion, equipped with AE86 stock ECU, chromoly flywheel, Apex air cleaner, aftermarket exhaust manifold, Sard sports catalytic converter, one-off inspection-compliant exhaust without inner silencer, Ultra twin-spark ignition system, Koyo dual-core radiator, and a 12-row oil cooler.


The fuel system features an in-cabin external fuel pump setup, S15 fuel filter, and includes a spare fuel pump.
The transmission is a fully overhauled T50, paired with a TRD LSD with 4.5 final drive, complete AE86 rear housing conversion, Cusco lateral rod, and URAS reinforced tie rods.


Suspension consists of height-adjustable front suspension, TRD rear shocks and springs, with front hub bearings replaced on both sides, rear hub bearings replaced, rack end boots replaced on both sides, and tie rod end boots replaced on both sides.
Braking system includes AE86 rear disc conversion, fully overhauled front and rear calipers, four-wheel disc setup, and stainless braided front brake hoses.


The body was fully repainted in the same color starting from a rust-free and accident-free shell, restored and structurally certified through official Land Transport Bureau inspection.


Interior features triple mechanical gauges, Blitz tachometer, Nardi steering wheel, rear 5-point roll bar, aluminum battery box, functional heater, no air conditioning, and includes a confirmed working MSD ignition unit.


Wheels are Minilite 14-inch aluminum wheels fitted with Shibatire 185/50R14 semi-slick tires.

1982年、FRライトウェイトスポーツが最も純粋だった時代、小さなボディに走る歓びを凝縮する思想が当たり前に存在していました。
本個体は17年という長い所有期間の中で7年の歳月をかけて仕上げられた完成車です。


エンジンは4A-GE 16バルブ、腰下にはAW11オートマ車用ブロックを使用し、オーバーホール後約500kmのみ走行、AE86用ノーマルECU、クロモリフライホイール、アペックスエアクリーナー、社外エキマニ、サードスポーツ触媒、インナーサイレンサー無しで車検適合のワンオフマフラー、ウルトラ同時点火キット、コーヨー2層ラジエーター、12段オイルクーラーを装備。


燃料系は車内搭載アウトタンク式ポンプ、S15用燃料フィルター、スペア燃料ポンプ付属。
ミッションはT50でオーバーホール済み、駆動系はTRD LSDに4.5ファイナル、AE86用リアホーシング一式移植、クスコ製ラテラルロッド、ユーラス強化タイロッドを装着。
足回りはフロント車高調整式サスペンション、リアTRDショック／サスペンション、フロントハブベアリング左右交換、リアハブベアリング交換、ラックエンドブーツ左右交換、タイロッドエンドブーツ左右交換済み。


ブレーキはAE86リアディスク化、前後キャリパーオーバーホール済み、4輪ディスク仕様、フロントはステンメッシュブレーキホースを装着。

内装は社外機械式3連メーター、ブリッツタコメーター、ナルディステアリング、リア5点式ロールバー、アルミバッテリーボックス、ヒーター作動、エアコンなし、作動確認済み
MSD付属。


ホイールはミニライトタイプ14インチアルミホイール、シバタイヤ185/50R14セミスリックを装着。
