Citaros are definitely my #1 favourite single decker bus ever made, especially with the ZF gearboxes. It is absolutely rapid when kickdowns are activated and sound brilliant.

BG09JKF MEC9 was new to Go-Ahead London and operated on route 108 until early 2025, was withdrawn and transferred to RRB and on loan with Chaseside for RR.

As this batch has left London (MEC's) we only have C2K Citaros on route 117 at Hounslow's garage, and let me tell you these buses will never sound the same as the O530 although they got quite the acceleration.
