How can we sleep better at night?
When you don’t sleep well at night you have no energy, no focus, no mood to enjoy your life. And it may seem like the whole world is miserable around you. I was in that situation a long time ago.
Let me teach you one technique that is very effective for helping with the sleep situation. I call it Universal Energy Breathing. You inhale and visualize energy coming through your skin from the universe through every cell, every organ and collects in behind your navel. When you exhale, visualize light coming out of your belly button, shooting out through every part of your body to the ends of the universe. Imagine you look like a star when you do this exercise.
Keep doing that gently and slowly. Then, you feel the energy flow that is the secret. Feel the energy coming in and coming out. Do it while you are laying down in any posture you sleep.
At the very beginning, you might find that it is a bit hard to focus but don’t worry, continue to practice. The more you practice the more skillful you get. There are also so many benefits of doing this type of energy breathing for healing physical illnesses.
