Ingredients:
Oil/Ghee- 1 Tbsp
Cashews- 7 to 8
Bay leaf- 1
Cloves- 3
Cardamom- 2
Cinnamon Stick- 1
Pepper Corns- 1/4 Tsp
Star Anise-1
Onion- 1/2 Cup
Green Chillies- 2
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 Tsp
Salt- To taste
Coconut Milk- 2Cups
Basmati Rice- 2 Cups

Method:
Turn on the saute mode, to the inner pot add ghee, cashews, bay leaf, cinnamon, peppercorns, star anise. Saute them until it releases the nice aroma.
Add green chilies and onion. Saute the onion till it's translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.
Add salt, soaked and drained rice, and coconut milk.
Pressure cook them for 5 minutes under high pressure.
