1-2 Tbs Butter
1-2 Tbs AP Flour
1- 2 Cups Milk (I used Whole)
2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
(1 Tbs Corn Starch 2 Tbs S water Mix well before pouring)

Tip- Buy the block and shred it yourself. If you buy pre-shredded cheese it will not give you a silky smooth consistency.
Make sure you do not bring your milk to a boil. Just keep it warm enough to melt your cheese.

Guacamole
2 Avocados
1 Chopped Tomamto
1/4 Chopped Onion
Cilantro to taste
Serrano or Jalapeño to taste
1-2 Tbs Lemon or Lime juice
Salt to taste


Fresh Salsa
