To create the dots, I use a water-based acrylic transparent 3D effect gel from Aqua-Color.
I have nothing to do with the manufacturer of the gel and give a link to it for informational purposes only. You can use acrylic gel to create volumetric reliefs from any manufacturer. They are usually sold in hobby stores in stained glass or decoupage sections. It is important that your gel is water-based and suitable for use on plastic, otherwise it will stick when dry.
