That groove is legendary, we're talking Jeff Porcaro on TOTO - Rosanna, Bernard Purdie on Steely Dan - Home At Last, John Bonham on Led Zeppelin - Fool in the Rain to mention a few! And in this lesson today, we will break the groove down into 5 practice categories so that you are equipped with the skills needed to play this badboy of a groove! And later on in the lesson, we will discuss how to make the classic half-time shuffle and turn it into something with a modern sound whilst checking out some modern interpretations of the groove from Yussef Dayes, Ellis Dupuy, Nate Smith & Noah Furbringer!
