Описание: My vegan and vegetarian friends on Facebook and elsewhere often feel a bit lost on this diet, so this recipe is for them. Mind you, we all need out veggies! If you follow the keto diet on social media, you've probably noticed, like me, that many folks out there misunderstand how to calculate carbs for their daily macros and many believe they have to give up fibrous vegetables because of the amount of total carbs! Subtract the dietary fiber and there's your number for macros. This is a delicious soup. I'm getting used to a new camcorder, so the video is a little kooky here and there. Please bear with me, OK?
