In this video we make our way to camp on Friday night before we hit the tracks exploring. We found one of the nicest camp spots in the entire world but unfortunately we couldn't stay. After skimming a few rocks we hit the road again in search of some abandoned gold mines that are in the area. They are hard to miss as some are right on the edge of the track. We spent quite a bit of time exploring the area and came across some very deep unmarked shafts. We also followed a hand drawn map to locate an old structure that is left over from the mining days that were supposedly booming around 150 years ago.
