Ein neues Abenteuer stand bevor – 10 Nächte an einem Gewässer, an dem es fast zur Regel gehört, keinen Biss zu bekommen.
Ein riesiger See, kaum Fischbestand – und doch sollte genau hier Geschichte geschrieben werden.

📍 Südfrankreich, Herbst 2007, Lac de St.Croix
🎥 Aufnahme aus Carp Total Vol. 1 – meiner ersten großen DVD-Produktion, die damals europaweit tausendfach verkauft wurde.

Thomas und ich fischten in Tiefen bis zu 22 Metern, setzten auf geflochtene Hauptschnur, monofile Vorfächer und natürlich auf Carptrack Boilies.
Die ersten Nächte verliefen ruhig – bis am 3. 11. 2007 um 5:15 Uhr plötzlich alles anders wurde…

Der Monster-Liver-Boilie brachte den entscheidenden Biss – und was danach geschah, bleibt im Kopf.
Doch das war erst der Anfang: nur eine Stunde später folgte der nächste Fisch!

A new adventure was about to begin – ten nights at a lake where getting no bite at all is almost the rule.
A huge expanse of water, very few carp… and yet, this is where history was written.

📍 Southern France, Autumn 2007 – Lac de St. Croix
🎥 Taken from Carp Total Vol. 1 – my very first large DVD production, sold thousands of times all over Europe.

Thomas and I were fishing in depths of up to 22 meters, using braided mainlines, monofilament hooklinks and, of course, Carptrack Boilies.
The first nights were quiet – until November 3rd 2007, 5:15 a.m., when everything changed…

The Monster Liver Boilie triggered the decisive take – and what followed was unforgettable.
But that was just the beginning: only one hour later, another big one was on the line!

💥 Looking back, it was one of the most exciting chapters in my fishing story – full of emotion, missed chances, lessons learned and pure magic by the water.
