Do I Need to Bed My Grayboe Stock?
Would you paint over a Picaso? Of course not!!
We get this question alot, and there is some bad info out there. You do not need to glass bed your action in a Grayboe stock. We design them to not require bedding as the action get a solid one to one contact fit in the pillar beds as is. These area are not machined in after mold in a Grayboe like they are in every other manufacturers stocks. They are molded in with precise tooling giving you the same fit EVERY. DAMN. TIME in the Grayboe!
That said, you certainly can if you so choose, but don't let anyone make you think its required, because that is just not the case in our stocks. These are DROP IN READY.
