Created as part of our London Pride Community Heritage Project supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund. We set out to learn more about our LGBTQ+ heritage in the UK developing a better understanding of our history and the story of the first London Pride in 1972. We enjoyed researching so much that we've created a free learning resource to share what we learnt with the hope that it may help others. This is the history of Gay rights in the UK.
