A fatal BMW crash in Delhi has raised serious questions over delay, intent, and accountability. 52-year-old Navjot Singh, a Deputy Secretary in the Union Finance Ministry, died after his motorcycle was allegedly hit by a speeding BMW driven by Gaganpreet Kaur near Delhi Cantonment Metro Station. Police have added charges of evidence tampering amid claims that Singh was taken 19 km away to a private hospital, bypassing trauma centers, causing fatal delays. Gaganpreet has been arrested and her husband named in the FIR as outrage grows over an alleged cover-up.
