The Whoosh (short for Waktu Hemat, Operasi Optimal, Sistem Hebat, lit. 'Timesaving, Optimal Operation, Excellent System') is the brand name for high-speed train services on the Jakarta–Bandung high-speed railway (Indonesian: Kereta Cepat Jakarta–Bandung) operated by Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC).

The Whoosh is the first high-speed railway in Southeast Asia, and Southern Hemisphere covering a distance of 142.8 kilometres (88.7 mi) with an operating speed of 350 km/h (220 mph), and design speed of KCIC400AF train of 420 km/h (260 mph) (not for the rail making Indonesia only the second country with the fastest railway network in the world that operates commercially, on par with China connecting Indonesia's first and third largest metro cities, Greater Jakarta with over 34 million population and Greater Bandung with population of 11 million, serving a total of 45 million population. It reduces the travel time between the two cities from 3 hours to about 40 minutes.
