GTA Vice City: ALL Ways to Get to the Other Islands Early [TUTORIAL]

Описание: This is a tutorial on how to get to the 2nd island at the beginning of the game. These are all the methods I know of and if you know more, share them in the comments section :)
By following this guide you should not have any trouble reaching Starfish Island and the Mainland early.
