In this episode, we walk through both bathroom remodels—starting with the master bathroom and then moving to the downstairs bathroom—in the exact order they were completed.

My father and I completed these renovations ourselves, from full demolition through final inspection. Both bathrooms were taken down to the studs, rebuilt, and tiled from scratch, including plumbing, electrical, inspections, and finish work.

Key highlights in this episode:
• Custom green vanity in the master bathroom
• Same wall tile used in both bathrooms with different layouts
• Small-format floor tile with matching niche accents
• Wall niches for added functionality
• Shower-only master bath with Kohler glass door
• Tub/shower combo downstairs with a curtain (glass planned later)

This project took significantly longer than expected due to permitting, inspections, material delays, and the realities of renovating an elevated Florida home—while managing much of it from 1,500 miles away.
