This workout is all about hitting the posterior chain — targeting your back, hamstrings, and triceps for strength, definition, and balance 💥
💪 Workout Breakdown:
• 3 Circuits Total
• Each circuit is performed 4 rounds
• 12–15 reps per exercise
• Focus on controlled reps and strong form
After the main work, we finish strong with a quick oblique superset to light up your core 🔥

• Make sure you warm up properly 🏃♂️
• Grab dumbbells of different sizes so you can adjust as needed 🏋️♂️
• Move with intention and challenge yourself!
