Anti-aging products: the truth about skincare

Описание: Every year billions of dollars are spent by North Americans on skincare products that claim anti-aging effects. However, when evaluating the science behind these claims, it is discovered that most of these claims are baseless. Our video seeks to demystify these claims and emphasizes the importance of evidence-based strategies for healthy skin. This includes daily lifestyle choices for improving skin appearance, and a few select treatments.
