Education: B Tech is mandatory

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RPA tools and technologies, with a passion for automation and process improvement. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test RPA solutions using leading RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize and maintain existing RPA processes to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation workflows.
Document RPA workflows, design specifications, and process maps.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide insights on best practices in automation.
Skills and Qualifications:

*Mandatory*: B. Tech degree
2-3 years of hands-on experience in RPA development
Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
Strong understanding of process mapping, automation, and optimization
Ability to write, debug, and enhance RPA scripts and workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of coding/scripting languages like Python, VBScript, or JavaScript is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
