Twice a year Yogabatics teaches their flow-creation class called ACROTIVITY. It is an advanced AcroYoga Series that is focused on helping participants create original movement and knitting it together into a 5-10 minute flow to be show-cased at a public recital where the Austin Acro Community has a big party to celebrate, play and enjoy one another.
We highly encourage other communities to do something similar. We absolutely love it!
There's a time to cook for the cookbook, play off sheet music, and read a book, and there's a time to throw-out the cookbook, play by ear, and write your own short story. We encourage you to have both in your play!
