"Smile Face Block" / LWLE(?) (Magic Jewelry NES hack)

The title "Smile Face Block" is translated from the Chinese title "笑脸方块" used in the console menu. I don't know if LWLE is actually supposed to be anything. Maybe they were trying to write SMILE and couldn't figure out how to hack the big text routine properly.
Captured from the Subor (小霸王) Q6 handheld console using AV out.
This console was made around 2022-2023 and most of the games on it have the name "Timemax" added to them, but I'm not sure who actually made this hack. It may have been Inventor, or Timemax themselves, or someone else.
