This video is to show the difference between a splash focus and non-splash focused relics on comparable focus items.
The first hellfire strike is using Splash mods. Notice that the creatures die, even up on the platform way outside of the 'fire' animation.
Second strike is using comparable foci, but without +splash radius relics.
