Описание: Many people are scared to bend after being hurt by that position in the past. This is what we call flexion phobia meaning scared to bend or flex the spine forward. The problem with this is that bending is a very functional position that we are in very often. If we never bend, we will become weak in this position then when we do it, we are at a higher risk for injury. In this video, Dr. Rodman shows you a few exercises that can help you overcome flexion phobia and build a strong lower back.
