El Valle de Anton is a town in central Panama. It's in the crater of an extinct volcano, surrounded by mountains and cloud forest. To the north, Cerro Gaital National Park protects 3 hills: Cerro Gaital, Cerro Pajita and Cerro Caracoral. Its trails have ocean views and the park is home to hundreds of species of native birds.

Some of the people who own properties in the heart of El Valle are wealthy people from Panama City who use the area as their vacation or weekend home. Activities in the area include cycling, hiking, horseback riding, and birdwatching. - Google and Wikipedia

Altos del Maria is a gated community located in the Mountains of Sora is approximately 1.5 hours west of Panama City.
