The Sportwear cycle has a limit of 3kg and a 800rpm spin speed. The temperature can be changed from 40 celsius to cold and the spin can be changed from 800rpm to no spin. Options available on this cycle are Intensive, Turbo Wash and Rinse+. The model of my washing machine is LG AiDD Steam F4V910BTSE with 10.5kg load and a spin of 1400rpm.
