8 Minute Planche Workout for ALL LEVELS! If an exercises is too difficult, DON'T SKIP! Hold as long as you can! This workout routine targets all the muscle groups you need to hold any form of planche (straddle/full)! You strengthen your upper body (core, abs and arms) and prepare yourself to hold the planche - just follow along!
This workout focuses on the right upper body motion and I try to show you each exercise as clean as possible. The planche is a tough move, one of the most difficult powermoves we have in Calisthenics, but DEFINITELY worth learning!
