First meet of High Level Committee on Clause 6 held in New Delhi

The first interactive meeting of the High Level Committee constituted for the implementation of Clause 6 of the #AssamAccord ended in New Delhi.
The meeting which began at 11 am at the Ministry of Home Affairs in the North Block ended at 1.30 pm.
The meet was attended by Joint Secretary Home, Satyendra Garg.
While this was the first interactive session between members of the newly formed committee, a second meet will soon take place in Assam to take the discussions forward and engage with various stakeholders.
The Committee members will also meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah at 6pm today.
