Ruffo pushed though this first battle with brain cancer, with doctors suggesting in 2019 that he was in remission.

But the disease returned in 2020 - and, devastatingly, it is terminal.

In a tell-all interview, Ruffo has spoken about the highs and extreme lows of his career and life as he releases his new book, No Finish Line.
