Ingredients:
Chole:
Chole(soaked)- 1 cup
carom seeds - 1tsp
Onion-1&1/2(medium)
Tomato- 3(medium)
Ginger -2 inch
Garlic cloves -5-6
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 pinch
Coriander powder -1&1/2 tsps
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Cooking oil-2 tbsp
Chole masala - 1&1/2 tsp
salt to taste
some Coriander leaves
Jeera Rice:
Rice - 1 cup (20 mins soaked)
water - 1 litre
Cumin seeds -1tbsp
Coriander leaves
Cooking oil/ghee- 2 tbsp
