TELECOM PRICE WARS: Airtel cuts cash tariffs

Описание: Telecommunication services provider Airtel has moved upwards it’s limit on bulk transactions on its mobile money platform from 5 to 7 million shillings, a move seen to further grow the firms micro payments segment. Now withdraw fees for cash between one million and 7 million will be a uniform 12,500shs from as high as 60,000shs. For transactions between 500,000shs and 500shs the highest pays 1000shs or less on sending from person to person. This deepens the pricing battle now on in the industry.
