Agumon to Angemon, even one care mistake will make this impossible:
HP - less than 800(though it can't be avoided)

OFF - 80, less than 120

SPD - 80
BRN - 80

After the evolution to Angemon and training for a bit, it is recommend to beat Gabumon and sell all Small Recoveries and MP Floppies you have to get enough funds for food until the next evolution.

Angemon to HolyAngemon is still easy, but remember, no care mistakes!:
HP - 2000, less than 2500
MP - none, less than 2000
OFF - 300
DEF - none
SPD - 250
BRN - 250, less than 300

After evolution there are several things to do, including recruiting the needed amount of Digimon to progress to MetalGreymon.

I recommend buying two Auto-Pilots to get back to the City quickly after finishing an area.

Start by fighting Vitium(and recruit Tsukaimon from inside the Bus on your way) and sell the drops for food, train the needed minimum stats for Seraphimon, fight evolved Vitium, sell the loot for money and then fight and recruit Greymon to unlock Colosseum. The Offense Chip should be used on HolyAngemon.

At this point you can go fight in the Colosseum, to save time, you can store your HolyAngemon's data and then summon the data, this causes the time to stop and you can fight at your leisure in the Colosseum.

I recommend beating Takato on floor 20 here so you can face him in floor 40 later to help get an access to the VIP Room.

You can get a Speed Chip, Quick Fruits, Robust Fruits and a Wisdom Fruit from floor 20 fights, floor 30 has a Peace Fruit as a reward from one of the fights.

It is recommended to buy a fair number of Recovery Floppies for learning the key Technique, you can also get them from the Colosseum as rewards.

Continue progressing the story by fighting MegaSeadramon(remember to recruit Seadramon and MegaSeadramon), Tailmon(remember to recruit Palmon and Wanyamon in Signpost Forest on your way and Kudamon in Bone Swamp), Garurumon and Monzaemon.

After the fight, you should go and recruit Monzaemon, get a boost on your Defence and then head out to Gravel Wasteland(and recruit Leomon there) to learn Charge Attack from a roaming WereGarurumon.

The best way to learn the Technique from WereGarurumon is save before a fight in case you don't learn the Technique.
To learn Charge Attack, you have to get hit by it a few times and then you can finish the fight and see if you learned it.
If you learned Charge Attack, back to the city, if not, reload and try again until you learn the Technique.

Once you have returned to the City, visit Monzaemon's shop to buy a Training Manual and 10 Hawk Radishes and visit Jijimon and then head to the Colosseum to fight MetalGreymon.

After that, you should store HolyAngemon's data and summon the data, talk to Rosemon and others(you may have to do the Tournament the lady by the desk wants) on the first floor, leave the floor and return to find Lili and Sebastian.

Lili challenges you to a fight on the first floor, beat her and move to 10th floor, win some fights until Sebastian appears and beat him, move to floor 30 and win some fights until Lili and Sebastian appear, beat them.

Now you have to gain access to the VIP Room, which requires five wins on floor 40, haxed HerakleKabuterimon is out of reach, but the other four should fall with some skillful commanding.

One of the tournaments on floor 40 has a mix of Adult, Perfect and Ultimate level Digimon, with some luck, you can win it without doing any additional training, if no luck, then you can train until the dawn when HolyAngemon hits age of 11 days.

After you win the Tournament, win the VIP Test fight and visit the VIP Room to challenge Lili, win the fight and after two days, you will receive the final challenge from Lili.

During the two days, you can do as you see fit, when the challenge arrives, back to the Colosseum to finish the final fight against Lili and Sebastian, after you win, you will unlock Seraphimon evolution.

HolyAngemon to Seraphimon is easy enough if you trained a lot with Angemon, make no care mistakes!:

OFF - 600
DEF - none
SPD - 500
BRN - 500

If you succeeded in this challenging endeavor, HolyAngemon should start evolving as soon as you are done with the fight.

Ten shining golden wings, and Seven Heavens, sounds like the mighty Seraphimon to me~
