The Jamaica Ice Hockey Team won Victory over Team Lebanon in the Greater Toronto Ice Rink at the Ontario Tech University.
Watching all the news and YouTube videos of the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa in Western Jamaica, triggered my body into post hurricane trauma symptoms.
After reviewing my videos of Team Jamaica's win over Team Lebanon, the joy I felt helped to save me from the trauma caused by Hurricane Melissa.
I was then able to join with others in the Diaspora to raise funds and donate supplies for help with the hurricane relief and recovery efforts from Canada.
