today mobile instinct and myself explore what remains of the brandywhine picnic park in west chester Pennsylvania. this park was the go to for birthday parties, company picnics, or for just a day of fun. it had a mini golf, paddle boats, petting zoo, rides, great food and much more. but it sat in the middle of a flood zone from the nearby brandywhine creek. which was known to flood its banks every time a heavy thunderstorm or hurricane would roll through the area.
