Hollow Knight: SilkSong. Seth [No Damage] [No any tools (Red/blue/yellow), no upgrades]

Most important goal in this fight - not to fall asleep :D
Important note: because of one needle upgrade needed to proceed to act 3 (Restoration of Bellheart wish) my needle is sharpened. Anything else is same, like in act 2: basic hunter crest (zero Eva visits), 5 masks (who needs health if you have no plans to get hit at all?), no any tools usage, only 1 spool (It's not matter in fights but... Say thanks to Sherma and caravan leader -_-)

After Shield bash into the ground, in phase 1, he always doing his charge to you. His charge - safe moment to hit him once from above and once in his back, as you land on ground.
Diagonal throw ending - good place to hit Seth twice.
Horisontal shield throw is... After first stagger (on weakest possible needle in non-modified version of game, but if we read wiki, we find string "When Seth has 889 HP or less remaining, the time between his attacks is reduced." So probably not after first stagger, but after reaching this amount of HP, as i observe.) he modifies it a little, and have a chance to do charge, same as after Shield bash. So if you wanna hit him after that - do this from above or do same thing as i did with The Unravelled - immidiate attack and jump with downward slash.
Next thing... His full melee mode...
He can appear from behind, and that's exactly why fight may look like boring. One dash away from him or running while he teleports - and you almost guaranteed to get hit by this. After appearance he do some land swings, and it's good opportunity to hit him from above.
Also he can use combo with 3 land attacks, so hit him from above. While doing this, he may shorten combo to two attacks instead. Nothing too special
And last attack is "Pin Whirlwind", as wiki name it. One hit infront of him, then he do circle attack while jumping backwards. Try to NOT do anything till he ends it.
Yet again, i mentioned 889 hp and modifications of attacks. It seems we can mark it as "2nd phase", because Pin Whirlwind and some other attacks delays after them (when he usually falls or stay too long, not knowing what to do. Sleeping, in other words.) resets and that's why i prefer use silkskill so rarely.
3rd phase... Most of difference comes from changing, not always (but on start - every time), regular 1 shield bash to 3 in a row. After this - same ground charge. He never do this attack twice, as i see. So... 3 dodges, jump, attack from above.
Being bad at something and playing with a toothpicks leads you to observation skill improvement in general. And after you see enemies attacks clearly... You can spot safest openings for your attacks. And after you sharpen your tactics... You became unstoppable, even if it's boring, sometimes :)
So don't you dare to give up and continue sharpening your individual skills instead of weapons! :D
