I had an amazing experience at ShangHai Taste in Las Vegas. The food was absolutely outstanding, especially the soup dumplings (xiao long bao), which were packed with rich, flavorful broth and perfectly seasoned filling. You can even watch the chefs hand-make the dumplings in the open kitchen, which adds a really cool and authentic touch to the dining experience.
Everything we ordered tasted fresh and full of flavor. The scallion pancakes were crispy and delicious, and the noodles were perfectly cooked with great texture. It’s clear the kitchen puts a lot of care into every dish, using quality ingredients and traditional recipes.
The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a great spot for lunch or dinner with friends and family. Service was quick and friendly, and the portions were generous for the price. If you’re looking for authentic Shanghainese food in Las Vegas, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!
