TL;DR

Dream Jade (Swift Shot)
is for all general content (stage/farming/nests)
since swift shot does 27 hits (full hits) you'll be getting lots of bubbles for your FTA/cannonade, but because it is reliant on your core placement, you'll lose a lot of dps for raids/nests where the boss moves around, other than gust, most dragons are stationary so it is still good for some raids/nests.

this jade is also better for general farming as u have a big aoe to use this, lots of combos, works well with harpoon for mobbing.

for raids the drawback is that most of the big numbers comes from the actual initial swift shot motion (the one where u spin and many arrows come out) the 20 hit cannonade animation does a small fraction of that per hit. roughly 1 arrow = 3 cannonade from the dj. so you have to use swift shot at melee range and shotgun the boss for better damage (which is dangerous).

Blood Moon Jade (Tracking Arrows)
this jade was meant for raids/nests or solo targets in general. the damage boost is nuts with a 500% boost to TA at +0, at +15 it's a whooping 900%. as shown in the video, it's at 11.8sec cd in ideal lineups and is freaking strong against single targets, nothing much to add on about this other than that this is insanely strong for arti.

pair it with your goddess and your FTA also gets a small boost from the shoes/helm, hence why u see i have more additional damage as compared to using swift shot, (SS 25% add dmg vs TA 30% add dmg). This jade itself at +10 gave me more dps in gust because of how the bosses move alot.

But bare in mind this is only for raids/nests, you also lose out a lot in general if the boss has small minions (you have to aim ta through the crosair or be closer to the boss) TA also faces an issue whereby you use TA near a wall and the projectiles get stuck meaning you lose out some arrows for damage. the hit count is also 10, meaning you don't have as much bubbles to spam your cannonade and FTA, but the damage makes up for it.

To summarise, both jades are still pretty good/strong, but unless you're raid focused, dream jade is still the way to go for cheaper utility, blood moon jade for raids/end game content.
