Hana’s First Fast
Hana was so excited—it was her first time trying to fast for #Ramadan! She woke up early for Suhoor, eating #dates and drinking water with her family.
All morning, she felt strong, but by midday, her tummy started to rumble. “Mama, I’m so hungry,” she sighed.
Mama smiled and hugged her. “#Fasting is not just about food, my love. It’s also about patience, kindness, and gratitude.”
To distract herself, Hana spent the afternoon helping her little brother, reading a story, and making a card for Grandma. Before she knew it, the call to Maghrib #prayer filled the air.
“Time to break our fast!” Baba announced. Hana took a bite of a sweet date and smiled—she had done it! She felt proud, not just for fasting, but for spending her day with #kindness and #love.
