My review of this place:

The beach is calm with turquoise water, and there are many fish and starfish nearby. The access to pedal boats, kayaks, or sailing is excellent for exploring different spots along the beach.
The white sand beach is very clean, and you can walk left or right for long stretches.
The resort is neither too big nor too small, and it's very well-maintained. With masterpieces scattered throughout, it makes the place unique.
The staff is friendly and always kind.
There’s not an overwhelming number of restaurants to choose from, but the buffet is excellent. There are quite a few black flies, but it doesn't bother me at all... we have the same flies in our Tim Hortons in Canada. There’s poutine!!!!!! It tastes like the one from KFC, and I love it!! A true delight!! The pizzas at the snack bar are good too!!
The drinks are okay... Make sure to have screenshots or a list of the drinks you’d like to try before you arrive. My favorite drinks: Bloody Mary at the sports bar, Espresso Martini at the Lobby Bar, Miami Vice and Pina Colada by the pool, mojitos at the beach, and pretty much anything at the Cigar Lounge.
The big plus of the resort is the lively atmosphere with the FUNSQUAD. Many activities are organized, like the Pink Party, pool parties, beach parties, etc.
I went at the end of February, early March... It was very hot, and as for those who say there are many mosquitoes, I don’t know what they’re talking about... I never got bitten once.

The One Gallery is probably the best resort to visit in the Cayo Santa Maria area. I really enjoyed my time there.

Mon avis sur cet endroit :

La plage est calme avec une eau turquoise, et il y a beaucoup de poissons et d'étoiles de mer à proximité. L'accès aux pédalos, kayaks ou à la voile est excellent pour explorer différents endroits le long de la plage.
La plage de sable blanc est très propre, et vous pouvez marcher à gauche ou à droite sur de longues distances.
Le complexe n'est ni trop grand ni trop petit, et il est très bien entretenu. Avec des chefs-d'œuvre disséminés un peu partout, cela rend l'endroit unique.
Le personnel est sympathique et toujours bienveillant.
Il n'y a pas un nombre écrasant de restaurants, mais le buffet est excellent. Il y a pas mal de mouches noires, mais cela ne me dérange pas du tout... nous avons les mêmes mouches dans nos Tim Hortons au Canada. Il y a de la poutine!!!!!! Elle a le même goût que celle de KFC, et j'adore ça !! Un vrai délice !! Les pizzas au snack-bar sont également bonnes !!
Les boissons sont correctes... Assurez-vous d'avoir des captures d'écran ou une liste des boissons que vous aimeriez essayer avant votre arrivée. Mes boissons préférées : Bloody Mary au bar sportif, Espresso Martini au Lobby Bar, Miami Vice et Pina Colada près de la piscine, mojitos à la plage, et presque tout au Cigar Lounge.
Le grand plus du complexe est l'ambiance animée avec le FUNSQUAD. De nombreuses activités sont organisées, comme la Pink Party, des fêtes à la piscine, des fêtes à la plage, etc.
Je suis allé fin février, début mars... Il faisait très chaud, et pour ceux qui disent qu'il y a beaucoup de moustiques, je ne sais pas de quoi ils parlent... je n'ai jamais été piqué une seule fois.

The One Gallery est probablement le meilleur complexe à visiter dans la région de Cayo Santa Maria. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour là-bas.
