I called customer service due to the countless issues that my local gamestops give me in regards to the following. The lady on the phone was really nice and did offer a discount.
1. Carding for games
2. Employee stated that it is the LAW to card for video games
3. Carded for a Strategy Guide that said it was for a rate m game
